The dispersant was added to the resin and mixed until homogeneous. The filler was then introduced, and the
mixture was dispersed using a high-speed disperser at 2500 rpm for 20 minutes.

In epoxy-based thermally conductive pastes, Anjikang 6976 performs comparably to the competitive product.
However, for magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)₂) dispersion, it demonstrates superior viscosity reduction compared
to 9076.
